    I already have a large database of leads. Can I import my own leads, and CL1CK helps to optimize my sales pitches?

    Yes, our integrations and infrastructure are designed to handle large volumes of contacts. If you have more than 1 million contacts, contact us for a match test to get an idea of how much data we can return.

    What is the minimum number of emails for one outreach campaign?

    We require the minimum emails to be 2,500 emails per outreach campaign. This is so we have sufficient data on your leads' reactions to multiple versions of the email.

    How many sales pitches can I create?

    We recommend having a minimum of at least 2 subject lines, and 2 email contents, for a total of 4 email versions. We don't recommend having more than 10 email versions.

    Which domain do you use to send out emails?

    We have two options. You can use our domains, with healthy spam scores, but using your name as the sender's name.

    Or you can use your own domains, but you will have to create dedicated accounts to integrate with our platform.

    Do you provide premium support?

    Yes! All business plans include a dedicated account manager to communicate on Slack or WhatsApp.
